Interior Re-design of Occupied Homes: ($250/month/room)
- Review of design photos and plan
- Build in time for client to de-clutter
- Consult on paint colors to neutralize / provide estimate
- Coordinate our recommended painters to perform work
- Provide a proposal to design with current inventory and re-arrange the existing
- Unlimited follow-up via text, emails, face time or phone calls should any questions arise along the way
Staging of Vacant/Model Homes: ($350/month/room)
- Main Floor – Great Room., Den/Study/Office, Kitchen, Dining Room., Half Bath
- Additional – Master Bedroom, Master Bathroom, 1 Kids Bedroom, 1 Spare Bedroom, 1 Main Bathroom
Photo Readiness: ($200)
- 2 hours of prepping your home for photos making it look picture perfect prior to listing.
Shopping Services: (will provide proposal after initial consultation – fee for consult $150)
